Welcome the farmers as they arrive at the RamLila Maidan, New Delhi on November 29th 2018 and join them as they march to Parliament on November 30th 2018 to demand  the passing of the Kisan Mukti Bills and a special session of parliament on the agrarian crisis.

Assembly points

The tentative assembly points for the rally are Nizammudin, Bijwasan, Majnu ka Tila, Kishanganj, and Anand Vihar.

The overnight camps will be set up at Anand Vihar station, Bijwasan Barat Ghar Saini Mohalla, Nizammudin Gurdwara Shri Bala Sahib Ji and Dum Duma Sahib Gurudwara and Gurudwara Majnu Ka Tila near Delhi University.


1. Southern Jatha: Starting from Sarai Kale Khan (Nizammudin). Distance to Ramlila Maidan: 9KM

2.Eastern Jatha: Starting From Anand Vihar. Distance to Ramlila Maidan: 12 KM

3.Northern Jatha 1: Starting from Gurudwara Majnu Ka Tila, Magazine Road, New Chandrawal, Civil Lines. (Subject to change)

4.South West Jatha: Starting from Barat Ghar, Saini Mohalla Bijwasan. Distance to Ramlila Maidan: 24 KM.

5.Northern Jatha 2: Starting from Sabzi Mandi/ Kishan Ganj. (subject to change)

Selected welcome points

Nation for Farmers volunteers will set up welcome tables at the points selected by the coordination committee in consultation with the AIKSCC Jatha coordinators. There would be 20 volunteers at each table.

1) Ram Lila ground welcome point DU students

2) Raj Ghat – Artists welcome point

3) Old Delhi, Kashmere gate (Ambedkar University)

4) Preet Vihar/ Karkardoma road welcome point

5) Himachal Sadan

Welcome points tables to be set up at the points from which the jathas commence.


Provisions at each point would include:

1) Water

2) Mobile toilets

3) Medical kits

4) The NFF tables at the departure points for Bijwasan and Anand Vihar will have food provisions as they aren’t close to the gurudwaras that would be providing breakfast.

5) Biscuits/light snack at every point

At each point, people can sign the petition asking the government to convene a special 21-day session of parliament on the agrarian crisis and related issues.

Farmers will arrive at Ram Lila Maidan by 5 p.m.

There will be a dinner arranged for the farmers along with a Cultural Programme. All are invited to the programme. Nation for Farmers will also have a table here.


30th November


8 -11 am: Rally from Ramlila Maidan to Parliament Street.


11 a.m. – 3 p.m.: AIKSCC organisers, farming and other groups will address those assembled


3 p.m. onwards: The leaders of political parties and parliamentarians will address the rally.


7 p.m. Clean up drive
